Saturday night out on the town, I just cant say no to a comfy pair of trousers.
I have been going through such a trouser craze for about a year now, it all started with this highwaisted dusty pink pair I purchased from Asos a while back. You just cant go wrong with them, especially on a wild night out - at least a part of you will still be fairly modest.
I absolutely adored these gingham frilly trousers when I spotted them on Asos, these are ideal to pair with a crop top for a night out, dressed up with a pair of dangly earrings and a simple pair of barely there black heels.
For dressing these down during daytime I would style with a basic pair of white trainers, and a colourful top to cheer the outfit up.
Originally I had them paired with a plain white cami, personally I felt a top tucked into these trousers didn't look right at all - definitely needed to flaunt a wee bit of flesh.
I had few similar black top possibilities lined up;
- My first option was a black lace longline bralet, which I recently purchased from Asos and absolutely love. Although I felt the outfit already had a bit too much going on with the frills and ruffles.
- My second option, and the option I sided with was a cheap black basic bandeau also from Asos. Very plain and simple, yet a lovely look.
For accessories I decided to keep it pretty simple, personally I have never had a desire to purchase an expensive fancy designer watch. My £12 black Casio watch does the trick and blends in nicely with the colour scheme. For the lips I wore my go-to Mac lipstick - Velvet Teddy.
My rings are something I can never go on a night out without, feel lost without them on my fingers! The 3 silver rings I wore are all from Pandora, and the fourth is an old vintage ring I got given from my lovely Granny.
