Pink leopard

It could be said that It is not often that you will see me wearing a dress during the day, if I was writing this post a few years back it would be a completely different story.
Don't get me wrong you can't go wrong with a pair of thick black woollen tights, it is just these last few years I have sided with a pair of trousers over tights. With saying that I thought it was time to mix up my Autumn wardrobe with raking out some old wardrobe classics.

The Debenhams Sale is one in which I do admittedly enjoy. In my opinion Debenhams somehow seems to tidy and organise their sale layout rather well for customers to browse easily, compared to smaller stores such as New Look and Zara. Unquestionably the big red Sale sign was what initially drew my eyes to the erratic railing of clothing - all different styles, shapes and sizes. It is said that retailers instantaneously captivate customers to be enticed into a store, when advertising with big red sale signs in their window displays, or close enough to the doorway so it can be seen by customers walking by. So, with having said that, It has come to my attention that big retail stores such as Debenhams seem to have on-going sale each month - so much so that sale advertising isn't even needed, as loyal customers such as myself already expect to walk into some sort of sale on each visit.

The unusual leopard print repetitive design of this dress caught my eye, as I didn't own anything with a similar pattern or style in my wardrobe. I styled this outfit with my new wet look shirt jacket from Zara, along with a big buckled croc print belt to pull me in at the waist. This jacket is slightly on the thin side for this season but is warmer than it looks with a soft suede lining, on colder days I would perhaps double up with a warmer jacket over the top and wear it more as an overshirt.

I bought these Chelsea ankle boots second hand off Depop for only £12, which is an amazing bargain considering they were practically brand new when I received them. They were originally purchased and worn for a festival in summer, as I thought the chunky welly boot sole and the wipeable material was perfect for an outdoor event. Although they do closely resemble welly boots, they have certain features to them which enables me to style them up for the current Autumn season. A saddle bag is quite a classic piece to own and I think the style of bag is quite versatile.
