CHRISTMAS
Christmas Is a time where at last family and friends are brought together - with no excuses. I have always celebrated Christmas day away from home with a prodigious amount of people, and a number of dogs. My Christmas day wouldn't feel like Christmas day, without the chaotic household. I think just about everyone looks forward to Christmas Dinner - excessive amounts of food and drink without the fear of feeling bad - besides everyone is in the same vote.
Every year its common for me to be 100% organised with everyone's presents, with a month to spare before Christmas. However this year I was the complete opposite. Getting myself organised with 2 weeks to go - hoping orders would arrive on time, with the mad online shopping rush.
MY OUTFIT
My outfit for Christmas day was actually decided about 10 minutes before I had to be ready. These silver glittery trousers were one of my Christmas presents from my Mum. Super stretchy waistband which was also a pro, so I could still feel comfortable while stuffing my face.
For some colour, I decided to pair these with a brightly flowered velvet top. There are so many different colours and patterns within this top, I decided to skip the accessories. Instead I went with my new Morphe eyeshadow pallete, using some bold orange tones and sparkles!
To finish my outfit off I wore my black heeled boots.

A wee sneak peak of some girly presents I received from family & friends for Christmas(Majorly spoilt) Love it all, so thankful.
NEW YEAR
This New Year was such a different experience for me, as I usually spend it at home with family, friends & pretty much everyone in my local town. Instead I travelled down to Edinburgh, with a few close friends for a bigger more exciting celebration! While we were down there we did bump into quite a few people from our local town in a place called The Three Sisters, which I would highly recommend it's a must when you go to Edinburgh.
I do wish we had seen more of Edinburgh while we were down, as it is such a beautiful City - but due to the high consumptions of alcohol everyday, well... I'm sure you can work that one out. Purely the reason as to why I only have 2 photos of actual Edinburgh, which were both taking in the dark, oops.

CHEAP AS CHIPS
I picked up this black sparkly number last minute on a sale rail - which is actually 3 sizes too big, but no one can tell right? It was also on sale for £6.30 so you can't go wrong with a bargain. This hot pink frill skirt was also a sale purchase at £8. Which for the record - I absolutely adored wearing.
Biggest bargain of the whole outfit has got to be my sparkly bauble earrings!! Oh so very festive. 100% over the moon that I am awful at packing, as I would have never came across these baby's. These also compliment my spatly top and bring out the bright pink in my skirt.
Retailing at £8.99, scanned through the till at sale £3 - How Fabulous!!
I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas & New Year
